I. General Definitions And Rules
Deal
The distribution of the playing cards to the players and the dealer.
Pit boss
The person responsible for the supervision of the operation of the game.
Dealer

A device from which cards are dealt.
II. Definitions and Rules of Baccarat
1. Definitions and Specification
1.1 Definitions
Baccarat
The point count of either the Player’s hand or the Banker’s hand is equal to zero.
Banker’s hand
The hand played in that portion designated on the layout for the banker’s hand.
Player’s hand
The hand played in that portion designated on the layout for the player’s hand.
Natural
The hand with a point count of 8 or 9, in the original 2 cards.
Tie
When both the Player and the Banker’s hands have the same point count.
Point count
The “Point Count” of a hand shall be a single digit number from 0 to 9 inclusive and shall be determined by totaling the value of the cards in the hand. If the total of the cards in a hand is a two-digit number, the left digit of such number shall be disregarded having no value and the right digit shall constitute the Point Count of the hand.
1.2 Physical characteristics of the baccarat table(s)
1.2.1 Baccarat is played at a standard 1450x800mm round cut table with three betting spots for the Player, Tie and Banker.
1.2.2 A baccarat table must have a discard rack. Tables are not equipped with a ‘no peek’ device. Card scanners can be used as an alternative to ‘no peek’ devices.
If more than one baccarat table is in play, baccarat tables must have an identifying number, assigned by the casino, on the surface of the table or a table accessory.
1.2.3 Dealing shoes
A dealing shoe must be designed and constructed to maintain the integrity of the game.
1.3 The Cards
1.3.1 Baccarat is played with eight decks, each deck having 52 cards without jokers, with backs of the same color and design and two cutting cards; one placed at the back
of all the decks and one that cuts seven cards from the back of the stack. It shall be dealt from a dealing shoe specifically designed for such purpose.
1.3.2 The “Value” of the cards in each deck shall be as follows:-
Any card from 2 to 9 shall have its face value

Any Ten, Jack, Queen or King shall have a value of zero
-
Any Ace shall have a value of one. Examples of this rule are as follows:
a: A hand comprising of an Ace, a 2 and a 4 has a Point Count of 7
b: A hand comprising of an Ace, a 2 and a 9 has a total of 12 but only a Point Count of 2 since the digit 1 in the number 12 is discarded
1.3.3 The cards will be inspected prior to the commencement of gaming and at the conclusion of gaming
2. Wagers
2.1 General Rules
2.1.1 A wager by a player will be placed on the appropriate area of the Baccarat layout on the player’s screen. A maximum of three wagers may be placed on any playing area, Player, Banker and Tie.
2.1.2 A wager on the “Banker’s Hand” shall:-
Win if the “Banker’s Hand” has a Point Count higher than that of the “Player’s Hand”

Lose if the “Banker’s Hand” has a Point Count lower than that of the “Player’s Hand”
-
Neither win nor lose if the Point Count of the “Banker’s Hand” and the “Player’s Hand” are equal
2.1.3 A wager on the “Player’s Hand” shall:

Win if the “Player’s Hand” has a Point Count higher than that of the “Banker’s Hand”;

Lose if the “Player’s Hand” has a Point Count lower than that of the “Banker’s Hand”;
2.1.4 A wager on a “Tie Bet” shall:

Win if the Point Count of the “Banker’s Hand” and the “Player’s Hand” are equal
-
Lose if such Point Counts are not equal
2.1.5 After a tie, all other wagers are automatically returned by the system.
2.1.6 No wager shall be accepted by the system, increased or cancelled after the timer of the system has beeped indicating that the time for placing bets is over. At this
stage the dealer calling the game shall announce “No More Bets”. “No More Bets” shall be announced prior to the first card being drawn from the shoe.
2.1.7 After the last card is scanned and the Dealer announces the result of the round, the system automatically takes care of the wagers on the table. The system shall collect all losing wagers and pay all winning wagers.-
A minimum and maximum wager permitted is shown on the screen of the game.

Each player is responsible for the correct placement of his or her wager(s).
-
A wager may be rejected by the system prior to the cards being dealt when cards are not placed on time, not meeting the minimum or maximum betting requirements or a failure to communicate with the gaming server when prompted to do so.
2.1.8 A system malfunction will result in the voiding of all pays or plays.
2.2 Payouts of the wagers
Payouts may be made in accordance to the following:-
A winning wager made on the “Player’s Hand” shall be paid at odds of 1 to 1.

A winning wager made on the “Banker’s Hand” shall be paid at odds of 1 to 1, less 5% “Commission” on the amount won.
The commission is automatically collected by the system from a player at the time the winning payment is made. -
A winning “Tie Bet” shall be paid at odds of 8 to 1.3
3. Card Handling and Manipulation
3.1 Inspection and presentation of cards
3.1.1 After receiving the cards at the table, the dealer must sort and inspect the cards.
The dealer must ensure that the decks are complete, and that no cards are flawed, scratched, or marked in any way.
3.1.2 The dealer and the Pit boss will spread the cards face up to verify that all cards are present. The backs of cards will be checked to make certain there are no markings,
which can lead to the identification of the card’s value. Cards will be checked for any kind of damage. The casino surveillance system shall video record this process.
3.1.3 If after checking the cards, the dealer or Pit Boss finds that cards are damaged or improper, the Pit boss will replace them. The defective decks will have the defect noted, and returned to the Card storage.
3.1.4 At any time when cards have been removed from the playing surface of a baccarat table and are subsequently returned to any table for play, the dealer must reinspect and present the cards in the manner described above.
3.2 The shuffle and reshuffle
3.2.1 After the cards have been visually inspected they shall be turned face down on the table and stacked forming two equal piles and then mixed thoroughly by a “washing” or a “chemmy shuffle” then restacked forming two equal piles and “table riffle” shuffled once by deck.
3.2.2 After each stack of cards is dealt, the dealer must reshuffle the cards so that they are randomly intermixed. A reshuffle of the cards must take place at the conclusion of the hand during which the cutting card is reached.
3.2.3 At the discretion of the casino, the dealer may reshuffle the cards after the conclusion of any hand.
3.3 Cut
3.3.1 After the cards have been shuffled, the dealer shall stack the cards, with backs facing away from him/her and cut the cards personally.
3.3.2 The dealer must cut the cards by placing the cutting card in the stack.
3.3.3 Once the cutting card has been inserted, the dealer shall take all cards in front of the cutting card and place them to the back of the stack after which the dealer shall cut seven cards.
3.3.4 The cutting card shall be placed seven cards’ length from the back of the stack.
3.3.5 The stack of cards shall then be inserted in the dealing shoe for the beginning of play.
3.4 The Deal
3.4.1 The Dealer must deal the cards to the appropriate areas of the layout situated immediately in front of the Dealer.
3.4.2 At the end of the time to place bets the dealer will announce “NO MORE BETS” and the timer will flash red.
3.4.3 Two hands are dealt face up. The first and third cards will represent the player’s hand. The second and fourth cards will represent the bank hand.
3.4.4 If the player’s hand is to receive a third card according to the rules of Baccarat, the Dealer draws a card for the player’s hand and places it perpendicular to the player’s previous cards.
3.4.5 If the banker’s hand is entitled to a third card according to the rules of the Baccarat, the Dealer draws a card for the bank and places it over and perpendicular to the previous banker’s cards.
3.5 The Play
3.5.1 After the initial four cards have been dealt:-
If either the player or banker has a “natural” 8 or 9, both automatically stand, no exceptions.
-
If the player’s total is 6 or 7, the player stands.
-
If the player stands, the banker hits on a total of 5 or less.
-
If the player’s total is 5 or less, the player automatically hits and the dealer gives the player a third card.
-
If the player receives a third card, the banker draws a third card according to the following:
l Banker’s hand totals 0,1,2:
l Banker always draws a third card.
l Banker’s hand totals 3: Banker draws if Player’s third card is 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-0 (not 8)
l Banker totals 4: Banker draws if Player thirds 2-3-4-5-6-7
l Banker 5: Banker draws if Player thirds 4-5-6-7
l Banker 6: Banker draws if Player thirds 6-7
l Banker 7: Banker stands
3.5.2 Order of merit of hands will be:

A point count of nine
-
A point count of eight
-
A point count of seven; and
-
So on down to a point count of Baccarat
3.5.3 The Dealer will announce the winner and the results shall simultaneously be displayed on the player’s side.
3.5.4 When the cutting card appears during play, the cutting card will be removed and placed on the right hand of the dealer next to the cardholder and in clear view of the player. The Dealer calling the game shall announce “Last Hand before shuffle”. Upon completion of that hand, no more cards shall be dealt until the reshuffle occurs.
3.6 Pick up
3.6.1 When the game is over, the dealer clears the table layout by picking up the cards.
This is done from right to left, one by one placing one on top of the other to be able to place them back on the table at the correct order in case of a question or dispute.
3.6.2 Each dealer must consistently pick up cards in only one direction during any shift.
3.6.3 Once the cards are collected the dealer places them into the discard rack.
4. Prohibited Acts
4.1 No casino or other person may remove, add, or alter any cards except as provided by this rule, and no dealer or other employee of the casino shall permit any person to engage in such activity.
4.2 The dealer will not look at, nor expose to any person, the face of a card before it is dealt.
4.3 No dealer or pit boss shall advise a player about game strategy nor recommend the proper play of a hand while the player has a wager still pending on the outcome of the hand.
III. Definitions and Rules of Blackjack
1. Definitions and Specifications
1.1 Definitions
Blackjack
An ace and an additional card with a point value of ten, dealt as the initial two cards to a player or the dealer.
Hard total or hard point count total
The total point count of a hand which contains no aces or which contains aces that are each counted as one in value.
Hidden card
A card dealt face down to the dealer, which remains face down until all the players other than the dealer have received all the cards they have requested.
Layout or table layout
The felt, cloth, or other material covering the playing surface of a blackjack table.
Soft total or soft point count total
The total point count of a hand containing one or more aces when one ace is counted as eleven in value.
1.2 Physical characteristics of the black jack table(s)
1.2.1 Blackjack is played on a standard 1450x800mm round cut table with places for up to and no more than seven players on the one side and a place for the dealer on the other.
1.2.2 A blackjack table must have a discard rack. Tables are not equipped with a ‘no peek’ device. Card scanners can be used as an alternative to ‘no peek’ devices.
If more than one blackjack table is in play, tables must have an identifying number, name or code, assigned by the casino, on the surface of the table or within the gaming user interface.
1.2.3 The following notices shall appear either on the table layout or on table signage clearly visible to every player at the table:-
One of these statements, in substantially this form: “dealer must draw to 16 and stand on 17”

“Blackjack pays 3 to 2” (substitute higher odds according to fact); and “Insurance pays 2 to 1,” (substitute higher odds and restrictions on insurance according to fact).
1.3 The rules of the game must set forth:
-
Minimum and maximum table betting limits, and if applicable, minimum and maximum table betting limits for special circumstances.
-
If applicable, any restrictions on doubling down.
-
If applicable, any restrictions on splitting aces or the number of cards which can be drawn to split aces.
-
If applicable, any special payment schedule or payoff odds
1.4 Dealing shoes
A dealing shoe must be designed and constructed to maintain the integrity of the game. Dealing shoes and discard racks must be inspected each gaming day before cards are placed in them to ensure that the shoe or other device is not damaged, is operating properly, and has not been compromised in any manner which might affect the integrity of the game.
1.5 Cards
The values of the cards contained in a deck of cards are as follows:-
A card from 2 to 10 has its face value;
-
A jack, queen, or king has a value of 10; and
-
An ace may have a value of either 1 or 11 unless a value of 11 would give a player or the dealer a score in excess of 21, in which case it has a value of one.
-
A standard blackjack deck shall contain 52 cards in four suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades) with each suit consisting of numerical cards from 2 to 10 and a jack, a queen, a king, and an ace.
2. Wagers
2.1 General Rules
2.1.1 Before the first card is dealt for a round of play, a player must make a wager.
Wagers must be paid as winning wagers if any of the following events occur:

The sum of the values of the player’s cards is 21 or less and the sum of the values of the dealer’s cards is more than 21;
-
The sum of the values of the player’s cards exceeds the sum of the values of the dealer’s cards, and the sum of the values of neither the player’s cards nor the dealer’s cards exceed 21; or
-
The player has blackjack and the dealer does not.

Wagers will be lost whenever the player does not hold a winning hand, except when the value of the player’s hand is equal to the value of the dealer’s hand. The dealer will collect all losing wagers, except in the case of irregularities.
2.1.2 Except when splitting pairs, doubling down, or making an insurance wager, no wager may be increased, decreased, or withdrawn after the first card of a round has been dealt. All wagers at blackjack must be made in accordance with the gaming software from the player’s available funds.
2.1.3 No wager shall be accepted by the system, increased or cancelled after the timer of the system has run out indicating that the time for placing bets is over. At this stage the dealer calling the game shall announce “No More Bets”. “No More Bets” shall be announced prior to the first card being drawn from the shoe.
2.1.4 After the last card is scanned and the Dealer announces the result of the round, the system automatically takes care for the wagers on the table the system shall collect all losing wagers and pay all winning wagers.-

2.2 Push and Exceptions
A wager is void and returned to the player when the sum of the value of the player’s cards is equal to the sum of the value of the dealer’s cards or when both the dealer and the player have blackjack. A player’s wager is lost if the dealer has a blackjack and the sum of the value of the player’s cards is 21 but
not a blackjack. A player’s wager is lost when the values of both the player’s cards and the dealer’s cards exceed 21.
2.3 Payout of wagers-
Winning wagers will be paid at odds of at least one to one with the exception of blackjack, which will be paid at odds of at least three to two.
-
When both the dealer and player’s hand totals are equal, it is called push; neither wins nor loses.
-
If the player’s hand total exceeds 21, he or she busts and loses his or her bet.
2.4 Handling of wagers
After a wager on the insurance line, a wager to double down, or a wager to split pairs has been confirmed by the software, no player will be allowed to handle, remove, or alter the wagers until the player’s hand has been settled.
2.5 Insurance wagers
2.5.1 If the first card dealt to the dealer is an ace, a player may make an insurance bet which wins if the dealer’s hole card is a king, queen, jack, or ten and loses if the dealer’s hole card is an ace, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine. An insurance bet is made by placing a wager of half the amount staked on the player’s initial wager. The Player may decline or accept insurance by clicking on
the appropriate button.
2.5.2 Insurance wagers must be placed immediately after the second card is dealt to each player, after the dealer’s card is exposed, and before any additional cards, beyond the second card, are dealt to the dealer.
2.5.3 All winning insurance wagers must be paid at odds of two to one. All losing insurance wagers is collected by the software immediately after the dealer checks the hole card for blackjack.
2.6 Doubling down
A casino may allow a player to double down on the player’s hand, which is to make an additional wager, not exceeding the player’s original wager, on the first two cards dealt to the player. One additional card only must be dealt to the hand on which the player has elected to double down.
2.7 Splitting Pairs
If the first two cards dealt to a player are identical in value, the player may split the hand into two separate hands by making a wager on the second hand equal to the player’s original wager. If a player splits pairs, the dealer must deal both second cards to each hand. After an additional card is dealt to a split pair, the player must stand or draw. A player may not split pairs, including pairs of aces more than once. At the discretion of the casino, a player splitting aces may have only one card dealt to each ace. In the event of splitting aces where the player gets a second card with a value of 10, it will count as 21 and not Black Jack.
3. Card Handling and Manipulation

3.1.3 The dealer must inspect, present, shuffle, and place the cards into a shoe at the blackjack table where the cards will be dealt.
3.1.4 At any time when cards have been removed from the playing surface of a blackjack table and are subsequently returned to any table for play, the dealer must re-inspect and present the cards in the manner described above.
3.2 The shuffle and reshuffle
3.2.1 Following presentation and inspection of cards, the dealer must turn the cards face down on the table, mix them thoroughly using a “wash” or similar technique, shuffle them, and then stack them.
3.2.2 After each stack of cards is dealt, the dealer must reshuffle the cards so that they are randomly intermixed. A reshuffle of the cards must take place at the conclusion of the hand during which the cutting card is reached.
3.2.3 At the discretion of the casino, the dealer may reshuffle the cards after the conclusion of any hand.
3.3 Cut
After the cards have been shuffled, the dealer must personally cut the cards.-
The cutting card shall be placed 4 decks from the back of the shoe in Blackjack games.
-
Once the cutting card has been inserted, the dealer must take all cards in front of the cutting card and place them on the back of the stack.
3.4 Procedure for Dealing Cards
Cards may be dealt from a dealing shoe specifically designed for the purpose and located on the table to the left of the dealer. A dealer must remove cards from the shoe or the deck and then place them on the appropriate area of the layout. At the beginning of a round of play, the dealer must, starting with the first player to the dealer’s left and continuing clockwise around the table, deal the cards in the following order:

One card face upward to each player who has made a wager;
-
One card face upward to the dealer;
-
iii. A second card, face upward to each player who has made a wager; and
-
A second card faces downward to the dealer.
3.5 The Play
-
After two cards have been dealt to each player and to the dealer, each player will be prompted to double down, split pairs, stand, hit, or make an insurance wager.
-
A player must indicate their intention by selecting the appropriate action through the software controls on the player’s computer interface with the game within the allocated timeframe.
-
iii. The dealer must wait for a software signal of intention of the player before dealing additional cards to the player or before moving on to the next player, unless the player’s card count is exactly twenty-one or exceeds twenty-one in which case the software will signal the dealer to move onto the next play. If there is no response from the player’s side and time assigned to the player by the casino has ended the dealer will be indicated by the software to move onto the next player without action on the earlier player’s hand.
3.6 The Pickup
At the conclusion of a round of play, all cards on the layout must be picked up by the dealer from right to left placing one on top of the other so that they can be readily arranged to indicate each player’s hand in case of question or dispute. Each dealer must consistently pick cards up in only one direction during any shift. The dealer must first pick up her cards and use them to pick up the players cards adding to the stack in her hand in opposite order of the initial deal direction or from right to left in such a manner that the dealer’s cards will be located at the bottom of the discard stack when placed in the discard rack. After the pickup, all players’ cards and the dealer’s cards must be placed in the discard rack.
3.7 Dealer’s Hole Card
The dealer may not look at, expose, nor permit the exposure of the face of the dealer’s hole card until after all cards requested by the players have been dealt to them unless the dealer’s face up card is an ace. If the dealer’s face up card is an ace, the software will offer players the choice to buy insurance after the selected time for the operation is over the dealer will be signaled by the software to check if the hole card makes Blackjack.
4. Prohibited Acts
4.1 No casino or other person may remove, add, or alter any cards except as provided by these rules, and no dealer or other employee of the casino shall permit any person to engage in such activity.
4.2 The dealer shall not look at, nor expose to any person, the face of a card before it is dealt.
4.3 No dealer or pit boss shall advise a player about game strategy nor recommend the proper play of a hand whilst the player has a wager still pending on the outcome of the hand.
4.4 Drawing of additional cards by players and dealers-
A player may elect to draw additional cards if the player’s hard point count total is less than 21. A player with blackjack or a hard or soft point count total of 21 may not be offered additional cards by the software.

A dealer must draw additional cards to the dealer’s hand as signaled by the software until the dealer has a hard or soft total of 17, 18, 19,20, or 21.

A dealer may not draw additional cards to the dealer’s hand, regardless of the point count, if decisions have been made on all players’ hands and the point count of the dealer’s hand will have no effect on the outcome.

Black Bet
A wager placed on the numbers that are black. Column Bet A wager placed on all twelve (12) numbers in one (1) column.
Corner Bet

1.2 Physical characteristics of the roulette table:
1.2.1 Roulette is played on a non-standard 2000x950mm solid wood table with a standard single zero European roulette layout.
1.2.2 If more than one table is in play, tables for roulette must have an identifying number, code or name, assigned by the casino, on the surface of the table or the gaming user interface.
2. Wagers
2.1 GENERAL RULES
2.1.1 All wagers for Roulette must be made by placing gaming chips on the appropriate areas of the roulette layout. Players may continue to place bets until the dealer announces, “No more bets” or the system’s timer flashes red.
2.1.2 Each player is be responsible for the correct positioning of his or her wager or wagers on the Roulette layout.
2.1.3 Each wager shall be settled strictly in accordance with its position on the layout when the ball falls to rest in a compartment of the wheel.
2.1.4 Minimum and maximum wagers permitted are shown on the screen of the game.
2.1.5 A wager may be rejected by the system prior to the ball being spun because of it not being placed on time, not meeting the minimum or maximum betting requirements or a failure to communicate with the gaming server.
2.1.6 A system malfunction will result in the voiding of all pays or plays.

3. Wheel Handling and Manipulation
3.1 Rotation of Wheel and Ball
3.1.1 The Roulette ball shall be spun by the dealer in a direction opposite to the rotation of the wheel and shall complete at least three revolutions around the track of the wheel to constitute a valid spin.
3.1.2 Upon the ball coming to rest in a compartment around the wheel, the dealer shall announce the number of such compartment.
3.1.3 After the Dealer announces the result of the round, the system automatically takes care of wagers on the table by collecting all losing wagers and paying all winning wagers.
3.2 Inspection of Roulette Wheel and Ball
3.2.1 Prior to opening a Roulette wheel, the Pit boss shall inspect the wheel for any contrivance that would affect proper operation of wheel.
3.2.2 The level of the wheel shall be checked prior to the wheel being opened for play.
3.2.3 The wheel will be spun to check and see that all moving parts are rotating freely and evenly, and that all parts are secure and in good working condition.
3.2.4 Physical inspection will be completed to check for smoothness and roundness of ball.
3.3 The Play
3.3.1 Roulette is played on a table consisting of two parts; a wheel and a layout (the table).
3.3.2 The wheel is divided around its perimeter into 37 randomly numbered compartments; 1 through 36 and “0”. Eighteen of the numbers are red and 18 are black and “0” is green.
3.3.3 The same numbers appear sequentially on the layout, which serves for betting. Also included on the layout are spaces for betting red and black, odd and even and a variety of other number combinations.
3.3.4 Players make wagers on one or more of the numbers and/or combinations. The dealer then spins the wheel in one direction. As the ball slows, it drops into one of the numbered compartments, thus indicating the winning number. The camera then zooms in on the winning number on the wheel.
3.3.5 Payoffs on bets depend on how many possibilities are covered. The fewer the possibilities, the higher the payoff. After all bets have been taken or paid, new bets are made and the ball is spun again.-

ACCOUNT OPENING AND SECURITY
2.1 In order to register, open an account and participate in the Games, You represent and warrant that:

2.3 You are only permitted to open one account. If You have more than one account, You must immediately inform us. Furthermore, only one account for each IP/Household is allowed. If You open more than one account, any winnings on either account will be forfeited and all accounts may be closed. We may block or close your first account. If we find there more than one account registered for your household (“Duplicate Account”), we reserve the right to block or close any or all accounts of that household. All transactions made from the Duplicate Account will be made void.
2.4 Any returns, winnings or bonuses which You have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by You and may be reclaimed by us, and You will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account plus an admin fee will also be applied.
2.5 You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.
2.6 If You wish to close Your account You must send a request to do so to help@ggvegas.com or use the permanent exclusion feature within the application. By closing Your Account, You will also forfeit any promotional bonuses, prizes or benefits which You may have acquired. In the event of closure of Your Account because of gambling addiction or if Your account has been closed due to fraud You acknowledge that You are prohibited from opening a new account.
2.7 The Company will not be liable if You manage to open a new account, for such action nor for any direct or indirect consequential damages.
2.8 The Company shall have the right to close, at any time, a new account opened in breach of the requirement stated herein.
2.9You are required to enter all mandatory information requested by us. We shall not be liable for incorrect entries, including but not limited to data input error.
2.10 You must not open an Account if You are located in a jurisdiction in which applying for or opening an Account and/or using our Services is unlawful or contrary to any applicable regulation “Prohibited Jurisdiction”. It is Your responsibility to ensure that this is not the case. We reserve the right to immediately suspend Your Account if we discover that Your Account has been opened, or is being used, from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. 2.11 We do not accept players who reside in a number of countries and jurisdictions. VERIFICATION OF YOUR IDENTITY; ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REQUIREMENTS
3.1 You warrant that :

RISK

5.1 Only bets placed from Your account set up through the game client downloaded from ggvegas.com will be accepted for the Game and any winnings You make on the Game will be credited to Your account. You may facilitate all deposits and withdrawals by accessing the My Account page.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or limit (by setting minimum and maximum amounts which will be set out in the House Rules or on the Website) any bets and/or payouts at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances a bet is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from Your Account will respect that bet shall be credited to Your account.

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any costs, claims, damages, and expenses arising in connection with any falsehood or inaccuracy contained in the information You provide to us.
CUSTOMER FUND PROTECTION
6.1 Any funds You deposit with the Company will be held in a segregated bank account in the name of the Company (“Designated Account”)in accordance with the regulations relating to customers' money. This means that all such funds are protected and in the case of insolvency properly due funds can be paid to the customer.
6.2 The Company keeps a sum of money equivalent to its liabilities to customers in the Designated Account which is solely used to hold the players’ balance. This Designated Account shall not be used for any operational purpose, and the balance of the Designated Account shall be audited by third-party auditors to confirm that it matches with the player’s total balance to meet any withdrawal request.
6.3 Monies held in Your account shall not attract any interest.

7.2 It is prohibited to modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise manipulate, interfere with or disrupt any of our software used in the Website and/or Games. To ensure the integrity of the Website and Games, we reserve the right at any time in our sole discretion to block users from certain IP addresses from accessing the same tables or tournaments.
7.3 We may, at our sole discretion and without any requirement to give reasons, exclude any customer from our Services generally and/or from receiving selected promotions and offers introduced by us from time to time.

DEPOSITS
8.1 You can make deposits via payment methods provided in the cashier page, which includes credit cards, debit cards, various alternative payment options and bitcoins.
8.2 If You wish to participate in betting or gaming using the Website, You must deposit money into Your Account which You can then use to place bets or play games. We reserve the right to undertake KYC checks on player deposits for the purpose of regulatory compliance.

8.4 Deposits to the player Account are made by transfer of money to the Company’s account by way of the payment methods stated on the Website. Service charges may be charged by banks for withdrawals and will be deducted from Your Account at the time of withdrawal. 11.5 In any event sponsored by GGVegas, You agree not to wear or expose third-party branding or advertising for any company which could be deemed as a GGVegas competitor. If you breach such a requirement, we reserve the right to revoke any prize awarded to you.
11.6 With respect to Your participation in any Promotion of GGVegas, You confirm that the submitted materials will be Your own original work and such materials will not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or organization.
SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION OR TERMINATION OF Your ACCOUNT
12.1 Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend or terminate Your Account or cancel any bets placed by You, remove any bonus monies in Your Account and/or take any other action we deem appropriate in our absolute discretion if:

We suspect that You are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using GGVegas (including circumstances where we suspect You have attempted to manipulate the operation of GGVegas or the normal play of Games thereon or have been involved in player collusion);

We suspect You are in breach of any of these Conditions or the House Rules;

We suspect You are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business; or
-
We are required to do so by law.
12.2 Your sole remedy in the event of termination of Your Account by us for any reason shall be the reimbursement of any undisputed Account balance You may then have, subject to You having complied with these Conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law. We shall have no further liability to You whatsoever.
12.3 Further restrictions that may apply to Your Account in the event of system, communications or technological errors or failures are set out in paragraphs 16 and 17 of these Conditions.
SECURITY CHECKS
13.1 We are committed to providing our customers with an enjoyable casino experience in a safe and secure environment, and we operate security procedures and checks to protect our customers and GGVegas from fraud and collusion. Any kind of BOT or Artificial Intelligence is strictly prohibited on GGVegas. PROHIBITED USES OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES
14.1 Cheating or Illegal Behavior
The Game may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations regarding the Game and any bets placed on or via the Game. All bets must be placed through the user interface provided on GGVegas.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to prohibit any player from participating in any and all Games of GGVegas. We may, where situations warrant, freeze the chips, void bets, suspend or terminate the account of any player suspected of cheating in any form (which includes, without limitation, collusion or the exploitation of faults in software or the Website). We further reserve the right to restrict seating and/or to prohibit players from playing in a particular Game, including restricting two or more players from playing together at the same Game.
We reserve the right to void any bet inadvertently accepted after the time for placing bets has closed or where the event was resolved or at a stage where the player could have any indication of the outcome. In these circumstances, the original bet amount will be returned to the customer account.
We reserve the right to share your information with specific third parties to detect and prevent cheating or fraudulent activities. Such data sharing will be in accordance with the applicable law.
14.2 Circumvention
We have developed and employ sophisticated proprietary technology intended to seek out and identify users making fraudulent or unlawful use of the Services or our Casino Software. You shall not break into, access or attempt to break into or access or otherwise circumvent our security measures. If we believe in our sole discretion, that You are in breach of this clause, we may terminate Your access to the Services immediately and/or have Your account blocked.
GAME RULES
15.The House Rules on the Website shall apply to your participation in a Game.
15.2 Players must refrain from “table talk” or “coffee-housing” or talking during a hand in a way that compromises an opponent’s hand. This applies if you are playing in the hand or watching the hand. Repeated abuse of this aspect of player behavior will result in suspension or permanent restriction of play.
15.3 Abusive or offensive language or other behavior considered inappropriate by us in the context of the Game will not be tolerated. Bad behavior or offensive language identified by us or brought to our attention will be dealt with swiftly and may result in a suspension or loss of playing privileges or such other action as may be deemed necessary by us at our sole discretion.
15.4 You fully accept and agree that the random number generator software will determine all outcomes of the Games.
15.5 You acknowledge and agree that You shall not interfere, interrupt, and attempt to interrupt, or attempt to manipulate the operations of the Website or the normal play of any of the Games in GGVegas. Failure to comply with the preceding may lead to Your exclusion from the Website and to criminal and civil investigations.

SERVER CRASH
16.1 If You have chips at a table during a server crash, the Game will be canceled and all of Your chips at the table and in play will be returned to Your Account. We, our affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any loss resulting from delays or interruptions to play due to failure, breakdown, malfunction, disconnection from or interruption of electronic or mechanical equipment, of telephone, internet connection or other communications facilities, or due to any denial of service (DDOS) attack or other malevolent external interferences with our site or any other causes over which we or they have no direct control.
16.2 In the event of systems, technological or communications failure or errors relating to the generation of any result, bet settlement or any other element of the Game or the Website, we will not be liable to You because of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all related bets and plays on the Game in question.
CASINO GAME DISCONNECTIONS
17. If you are disconnected in the middle of casino games (i.e. Blackjack, Baccrat, Roulette, CasinoPoker, RussianPoker, Sicbo, DragonTiger, Wheel of Fortune) simply log back into your account. You will be able to resume the disrupted game at the point at which you were disconnected. Your pending bet will be kept for 90 days, and your bet will be cancelled and returned to your balance if the game is not completed within 90 days from the disconnection.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
18.These Conditions confer only the right to use GGVegas, the Website, and the Games while these Conditions and applicable license(s) (if any) are in effect and they do not convey any rights of ownership in or to GGVegas, the Website, Games or any of our intellectual property. All right, title and interest, including without limitation any copyright, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right in the Website and Games will remain our sole property. Any services provided to You under these Conditions, and other data or materials that are prepared in the performance of such services hereunder, and all right, title and interest in the foregoing, will belong to us.
PUBLICITY OF TOURNAMENT RESULTS
19.1 By registering for a tournament at GGVegas, You agree to allow us to use your play data within an online live stream, in online broadcasting, and any other future publicity that GGVegas may use after the completion of the tournament. All GGVegas tournaments are reported on in various online media and social media platforms with results published that include players’ GGVegas nicknames, finishing positions, played-hands and pay-outs in the events. However, we do not publicly use players’ real names or personal information unless we have written permission from the players to do so. Any final tables of tournaments, selected by GGVegas, can be broadcasted on online media, such as the Twitch platform, with hole cards open with a delay of 1 (one) hour from the actual time of play.
19.2. For some specific tournaments, you need to consent that your real name will be published if you win any prize from such tournaments. If you do not want the publicity of your real name, you should not register for such tournaments in GGVegas. For these specific tournaments, You will be prompted with a pop-up window during the tournament registration for release consent of your information and additional confirmation of your real name.
INDEMNIFICATION
20.You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to Your breach of these Conditions, or Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or Your use of the Website and/or Games, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual or consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature. Nothing in these Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or limit Your liability in respect of any indemnity given by You under these Conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
21.1 We do not warrant that our operations shall be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 21.2 Our maximum liability to You for any matter arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Website will be limited to the aggregate of the amount legitimately in Your account and the return of the amount of the stake of any disputed bet.
21.3 GGIL (or any of its group companies officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents) will take all the measures needed in order to protect the company against any of the following:

21.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect Your computer or mobile equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to Your use of the Website or Games or to Your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
21.5 We will not be liable for any loss or damage that You may suffer because of any act of God, power failure, trade or labor dispute, act, failure or omission of any government or authority, obstruction or failure of telecommunication services or networks, access delays or access interruption, data non-delivery or data misdelivery, the unauthorized use of Your security access details or any other delay or failure caused by a third party. In such an event we reserve the right to void any bet or cancel or suspend our services arising from such circumstances without incurring any liability. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
22.1 You expressly acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to You for the content of or use by You of any information or services offered by third parties or affiliates advertising, marketing, or otherwise posting content through the Website (whether directly or via links to or from other sites or resources) nor can we be said to endorse the content of such advertisements or information and we make no warranties with respect to such content.
DORMANT ACCOUNTS
23.1 For the purposes of these Conditions, a “Dormant Account” shall mean any customer account which, for a continuous period of 12 (twelve) months or more, has not either (a) had funds deposited in it; or (b) had funds withdrawn from it; or (c) had a bet placed from it; or (d) had a bet settled from it. In respect of such Dormant Accounts, we reserve the right to charge on the last day of each month a processing handling fee of £5 per month (or the remaining balance should the account balance be under £5) which will be deducted in arrears at any time within 10 (ten) working days of the subsequent month. These charges shall be payable in respect of any Dormant Account until such time as the account becomes active again or has a nil balance.
23.2 If Your account has been deemed a Dormant Account and has subsequently been dormant for an additional 12 (twelve) calendar months, Your account shall be deemed to be an “Abandoned Account” and closed, and the sum total of cash held in Your account at the time of closure will be donated to charity.
23.3 Any Personal Data retained in relation to Dormant Accounts will be deleted and disposed of when no longer needed.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
25.1 Should there be any claim or dispute relating to bet(s) on GGVegas, please contact us at complaints@ggvegas.com and the complaint will be assigned to a customer support representative.
25.2 An initial response will be sent to the customer within 24 hours for weekdays and within 72 hours for weekends.
25.3 If no subsequent/follow up contact is made by the customer within seven days, the complaint is considered resolved.
25.4 If subsequent/follow up contact is made by customer, the complaint is re-examined by the designated customer support representative within 24 hours for weekdays and within 72 hours for weekends, then either a second response is sent or the complaint is escalated to a customer support manager according to departmental procedures; and the customer support department continues to process customer complaints until they are successfully resolved or are deemed in dispute, according to departmental procedures.
25.5 Should a resolution not be reached or you are unhappy with the resolution we have come to, you may seek external resolution from the Gambling Supervision Commission by emailing gaming@gov.im.
GOVERNING LAW
26.1 The Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man.

General Terms
1.1. The Security & Ecology Policy (‘SEP’), maintained and operated by GGPoker Security Team (‘Security Team’ or ‘We’), must be fully acknowledged by you, the End User (‘User’), before playing on GGVegas and the GGVegas Network (‘GGVN’)
1.2. By agreeing to or accepting GGVN’s general Terms and Conditions, the User also agrees to accept the terms of the SEP. The decision by the User to play on GGVN signifies acceptance of these terms.
1.3. The SEP is designed to create and maintain a healthy ecology within GGVN, intended to provide a safe, fair and enjoyable playing environment for all Users, and based on the spirit of fair, safe, and lawful competition.
1.4. As the owner of an account, the ultimate responsibility for the account’s security, its nickname and password falls on the User. If an account suffers unauthorized access using the correct email and password, we are not liable for any loss on the account, and we reserve the right to confiscate any unlawful gains made during the unauthorized access.
1.5. GGVN will not be liable for any loss the User incurs due to unauthorized use or misuse of the login details except for when We fail to exercise reasonable care.
1.6. Given a reasonable grounds to believe that a User is involved in any form of Prohibited Activities and Behaviors or Prohibited Use of Auxiliary Tools or Services, the Security Team reserves the right to block and conduct a security check on any account at any time, even during gameplay. The security check may result in, but is not limited to, restricted access to the Users account, cashier, gameplay (both cash games and tournaments), or bonus rewards.
1.7. We reserve the right to make changes to the SEP. We will notify the User via email and/or in-client pop-up message of any material changes. Continued use of the Services after the notification will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
1.8. In case of any suspected criminal or fraudulent activities, we may inform relevant authorities of the Users’ identity.
1.9. In case of any integrity violations, we may inform the Casino.
1.10. In order to prevent cheating, we reserve the right to perform a scan of the User’s machine or device to monitor Prohibited Activities and Behaviors or Prohibited Uses of Auxiliary Tools or Services. If the scan reveals
suspicious activity, our software may scan the associated files to compile a composite mesh to be matched against profiles for known illicit automated programs.
1.11. In the event of a SEP breach, the Security Team reserves the right to levy one or more penalties after a thorough investigation of the case, based on accumulated information, data, and evidence.
1.12. Any decision rendered by the Security Team is final.
1.13. Penalties levied by the Security Team against Users may vary depending on the applicable regulations in that particular territory.

Prohibited Activities and Behaviors are defined activities and behaviors that are strictly prohibited on GGVN. Engaging in or being involved in Prohibited Activities and Behaviors may result in penalties specified in each clause.
2. Use of Real-Time Assistance (RTA)
2.1. RTA is defined as any external assistance which provides users with an unfair advantage over their opponents, influences their decision making in real-time, or allows them to play in a manner they otherwise would not be able to replicate.
2.2. Every decision made at the poker table should be made free of any external assistance.
2.3. External assistance includes, but is not limited to, software, apps, websites, physical and digital reference materials. Referring to charts of any kind during play is strictly prohibited.
2.4. Potential actions for breaches: PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
3. Use of Bots
3.1. Bot is defined as software, programs, websites or apps that enable playing without human intervention or reduces the requirement of a human to make decisions and/or execute actions.
3.2. Every decision made at the poker table should be made by the person to whom the account belongs.
3.3. Bot includes, but is not limited to, artificial intelligence, fully and partially automated bot, or any other tools that automate decisions or actions.
3.4. Potential actions for breaches: PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
4. Collusion
4.1. Collusion is defined as behavior in which two or more Users conspire to gain an unfair advantage over their direct opponents in cash games, or part of or an entire field of opponents in tournaments.
4.2. User must play one’s own hand independently and in their own interests
4.3. User must not share information about one’s own hole cards with other users whilst the same hand is still in play under any circumstances
4.4. User must refrain from ‘soft playing,’ which is defined as intentionally playing hands in a non-aggressive manner against certain opponents (e.g., friend, backer, or any other persons of interest). The only exceptions to this
rule are in-the-money (ITM) bubble situations or multi-handed situations after the money bubble in which one or more Users are all-in.
4.5. Users must not conspire to cause financial harm to any User

5. Multi Accounting
5.1. Multi Accounting is defined as intentionally creating and/or using multiple accounts on the same GGVN skin
5.2. User is strictly prohibited to participate in any game using multiple accounts simultaneously.
5.3. User is strictly prohibited to participate in any freerolls or promotions using multiple accounts simultaneously
5.4. Users with Verified Name accounts are only allowed to maintain one account across the entire Network, without exception. It should be noted that Verified Name accounts face closer scrutiny and are held to higher standards.
5.5. Potential actions for breaches: SUSPENSION, ACCOUNT CLOSURE, PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
6. Bum Hunting
6.1. Bum Hunting is defined as the intentional practice of seeking out less experienced users while deliberately avoiding engagement with more skilled users.
6.2. User is strictly prohibited from screening for and engaging certain Users, only choosing to participate in games when these specific users are present
6.3. User is strictly prohibited from targeting specific Users, for instance, by leaving a game shortly after a certain users depart, and/or resuming the game when those particular users return.
6.4. Potential actions for breaches: WARNING, SUSPENSION, REWARD REMOVAL, PERMANENT BAN
7. Data Mining
7.1. Data Mining is defined as any act that results in accumulation of hand histories other than one’s own hand histories.
7.2. The sole permitted use for importing hand histories is to track one’s own gameplay and results.
7.3. User is strictly prohibited from granting direct or indirect access to one’s own PokerCraft data, including one’s tournament results, or sharing one’s own hand histories to another party.
7.4. Potential actions for breaches: REMOVAL OF ACCESS TO POKERCRAFT, GAME REMOVAL, PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
8. Chip Dumping
8.1. Chip Dumping is defined as intentionally losing chips to another user.
8.2. When an act of Chip Dumping occurs, both the user who transferred the chips and the user who received the chips are at fault.
8.3. Chip Dumping as a method to transfer money is strictly prohibited and could be considered money laundering.
8.4. Potential actions for breaches: WARNING, SUSPENSION, PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
9. Trespassing
9.1. Trespassing is defined as returning to any of the GGVN sites after receiving a network-wide ban.
9.2. User is strictly prohibited from returning to GGVN to play on any new or pre-existing accounts, regardless of who owns the account, once a network-wide ban has been issued.
9.3. Potential actions for breaches: PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
10. Account Sharing
10.1. Account Sharing is defined as sharing of an account by two or more people.
10.2. User is only allowed to possess and play on an account that is registered under one’s own credentials.
10.3. Potential actions for breaches: SUSPENSION, REWARD REMOVAL, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
11. Hit and Running
11.1. Hit and Running is defined as leaving a table shortly after winning a significant pot, consequently depriving opponents of a chance to recover their losses.
11.2. Factors that are considered for Hit and Running include, but are not limited to, the size of the pot, the number of hands played post-winning the pot, and the frequency of such behavior.

12. Promotion Abusing
12.1. Promotion Abusing is defined as actively participating in any Promotion for the purposes of receiving additional bonus/promotion/leaderboard rewards than the User is entitled to..

13. Ghosting
13.1. Ghosting is defined as playing on behalf of someone on an account one does not own or allowing someone to play on one’s account

14. Hacking
14.1. Hacking is defined as gaining unauthorized access to an account – its username and password – by compromising digital device(s) and/or network(s).
14.2. If the User is a victim of Hacking, the User should report the incident immediately to the Security Team.

15. Offensive Conduct
15.1. Offensive Conduct is defined as any act that is (but not limited to):-

16. Predatory Behavior
16.1. Predatory Behavior is defined as any act of exploiting unethical advantages or engaging in exploitative tactics over other users to gain undeserved benefits.
16.2. Predatory behavior includes, but is not limited to, grimming/buttoning, ratholing, and various other actions that defy the spirit of fair competition and are deemed unethical by the poker community.

17. Circumvention
17.1. Circumvention is defined as any manipulation with malicious intent of the GGVN and its software in order to circumvent the security measures in place.
17.2. User is strictly prohibited from exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs within the client for financial gain.

18. Enhanced Enforcement for VIP Cash Games and Tournaments
18.1. Users involved in any of the following financial relationships are strictly prohibited from playing at the same VIP cash game tables as their associates: staking, swaps, profit-sharing, or any bankroll sharing agreement.
18.2. Users are strictly prohibited from making deals, including off-client deals, at the Final Table of select tournaments, including the GGMillion$ High Roller.

19. Mass Data Analysis (MDA)
19.1. Mass Data Analysis (MDA) refers to the accumulation of data on particular player pools and building exploitable heuristics based on its analysis
19.2. Users are strictly prohibited from using any means to systematically collect and harvest data from any games or player activities
19.3. Users must not share, sell, or distribute any analysis, insights, or data derived from MDA with other users or entities

Prohibited Use of Auxiliary Tools or Services
GGVN strictly prohibits use of any auxiliary tools or services that may facilitate Prohibited Activities and Behaviors. Moreover, any tools or services that provide unfair advantage over the opponents or that result in violation of GGVegas’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, House Rules, or SEP are strictly monitored and prohibited. It must be noted that any examples of auxiliary tools or services listed here do not represent, by any means, an exhaustive list.

Any tools or services that aid the execution of any poker action including, but not limited to, RTA, bots (fully or partially automated), solvers, charts, or HUDs.

Any tools or services that facilitate the accumulation of a hand history database and enables Mass Data Analysis (MDA) including, but not limited to, Hand2Note, PokerTracker or Holdem Manager.

Any tools or services that aid the execution of any additional action while accessing the client including, but not limited to, seating scripts or automated note taking tools.

Remote access tools that provide access to one’s machine or device, including, but not limited to, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ChromeRDP, RDPClip, LogMeIn, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Splashtop, VNC Connect, RemotePC, and Zoho Assist.

Virtual machines or emulators of any kind that conceal one’s own machine and device including, but not limited to Oracle VM VirtualBox, VMware, Parallels, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nox, Bluestacks, or MEnu.

VPNs, Proxies, or any other tools that mask one’s location.

Any scripts that are designed to bypass GGPoker’s intended user experience.

Any tools or services that are designed to extract or mine game data from the GGVN.

Any tools or services that enable control access to multiple devices including, but not limited to, Mouse without Borders, ShareMouse, Synergy, and Input Director.
20. Casino Advantage Play
20.1. Casino Advantage Play is defined as any action, inclusive but not restricted to the following:
Tracking of cards during gameplay;
Utilization of any hardware or software to analyze game outcomes; and
Use of any techniques or strategies aimed at achieving unfair winnings.
20.2. Potential actions for breaches: SUSPENSION, PERMANENT BAN, CONFISCATION OF FUNDS
21. Backing Arrangements
21.1. Users participating in tournaments are required to disclose any private backing arrangements with third parties by using “Designate Backer” feature when buying into the tournament.
21.2. Failure to disclose these arrangements will be considered as intentional deception.
21.3. Backing may be prohibited depending on your territory.
21.4. GGVegas may request documentation and proof regarding any backing arrangement, which a User is obliged to provide.
