All participants must read and agree to these terms upon registration. Participation implies full acceptance.
 

• Tournament Schedules & Participation

  • Schedule Alterations: Tournament schedules, game types, and specific titles (including, but not limited to, Robo Rush, Dancing Gorilla, Shark Crash, Cleopatra's Gold 1000, and Daniel's Wild Poker) are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Casino.

  • Player Entry Caps: To ensure operational stability, maximum participant limits are strictly enforced on a first-come, first-served basis:

    • Slot Tournaments: Maximum 200 participants.

    • Table & Crash Games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Crash): Maximum 100 participants.

  • Registration Window: Once a tournament reaches maximum capacity, new registrations will be paused. However, if a participant unregisters, the open spot will become available for new registration.
     

• Tournament Cancellation & Refund

  • Policy - Right to Cancel: The Casino reserves the right to cancel any tournament without prior notice under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

    • The minimum number of participants required to launch the tournament is not met.

    • The platform experiences unforeseen technical, software, server, or operational malfunctions.

  • Refund Matrix: In the event of an official tournament cancellation by the Casino, all entry buy-ins and associated tournament fees will be refunded 100% back to the registered user's cash balance. For Freeroll events, no compensation or alternative prizes will be issued if the event is canceled.
     

• Disconnection & Technical Issues

  • User Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring a stable and secure internet connection before and during tournament gameplay.

  • Reconnection Procedure: If a participant experiences a network disconnection, internet outage, device crash, or application error during live tournament play, they must promptly log back into the platform to rejoin the active tournaments.

  • Forfeiture Rule: Failure to reconnect and select the “Take My Seat” button within the tournament's allotted window will result in an immediate and permanent forfeiture of that round's score. Forfeited scores, spins, or hands cannot be recovered, rolled back, or compensated.

     

• Prize Structure & Distribution

  • Tiered Payouts: Prizes are distributed strictly among the top 40 finishing players according to the fixed tournament leaderboard positions outlined below:

    • 1st Place: $15.00 | 2nd Place: $10.00 | 3rd Place: $9.00

    • 4th – 5th Place: $8.00 per player

    • 6th – 10th Place: $5.00 per player

    • 11th – 40th Place: $2.50 per player

  • Leaderboard Disputes: Final tournament placements are determined solely by the Casino’s back-end server logs. In the event of a tie, the platform's standard tie-breaker mechanics (chronological order of score achievement) will apply.
     

• Tournament Prize Bonus Rules (Playthrough & Limits):All prizes awarded from freerolls, promotional tournaments, or designated tournament pools are issued exclusively as Casino Bonus Credits. These credits are non-withdrawable and are strictly bound by promotional wagering requirements and usage restrictions.

  • Slot Tournament Prize Specifications: Prizes awarded from Slot Tournaments are issued as a 50% Casino Bonus and are subject to a x10 wagering requirement. All slot games are eligible for play while wagering this bonus. Upon completion of the wagering requirements, the maximum real cash payout eligible for conversion is capped at 300% (x3) of the initial prize amount.

  • Table and Crash Tournament Prize Specifications: Prizes awarded from Baccarat, Blackjack, and Crash Tournaments are issued as a 50% Casino Bonus and are subject to a x10 wagering requirement. This bonus may be used across all casino game genres, with the strict exclusion of Slot games and Live Dealer games. Upon completion of the wagering requirements, the maximum real cash payout eligible for conversion is capped at 300% (x3) of the initial prize amount. 

  • Game contribution rates toward the fulfillment of all tournament wagering requirements are governed by the General Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions. 

  • Max Wager Limit (20% Rule): While actively playing through any tournament issued casino bonus, the maximum single bet, spin, or hand size is strictly capped at 20% of the initial issued prize amount. 

  • Max Redeemable Cap (300% Win Cap): The maximum real cash payout that can be won, converted, and withdrawn from any single tournament prize is strictly limited to 300% (x3) of the original issued prize amount. Upon successful completion of the wagering requirements, any balance remaining in the account that exceeds this 300% threshold will be permanently forfeited and removed from the player's account.

  • Casino Bonuses apply only to specific game categories (e.g. Slots, Live Casino, Casino).

    • Packages for different categories can be active together.

    • If a package covers “All”, previously active packages are deactivated.
